Age limit?!
Hello - I am a failry unfit Lewes resident with a bike and am wondering how strict you are on the 'over 50' age limit for your rides. I am only 1 year and 10 months off and am not very likely to be able to overtake anyone older than me!

Berwick to Glynde - 11 April 2010
A lovely day for April and 5 of us took out time cycling along the lanes from Berwick to Glynde with a stop at Middle Farm for a cup of char.
An excellent start to the season of rides and I hope to see more of you there in the future.
